1. Employment Equity Awareness
Our Employment Equity Awareness course is aimed at equipping the learner with knowledge about why the Employment Equity Act was passed (purpose), its requirements and the impact of non-compliance.
2. Diversity Awareness
Our Diversity Awareness course brings awareness of the value of diversity, the dangers of stereotyping and various "isms". The course also includes The Constitution of RSA and the Bill of Rights and its requirements.
3. Apply the Principles of Employment Equity to Organisational Transformation
This course is Service Seta accredited. A person credited with this Unit Standard is able to demonstrate an understanding of the theory of transformation, the role of organizational change in South Africa, and the Employment Equity Act (EEA) and how these impact on each other.
In particular, on completion of this Unit Standard, the learner is able to:
Outcomes include:
Outcome 1: List (comprehensively) the key elements of the Employment Equity legislation
Outcome 2: Present an understanding of the link between employment equity and the business strategy
Outcome 3: Determine whether the appropriate relationships exist between Employment Equity and factors impacting on it

4. Manage Diversity in a Workplace
A person found competent will be able to demonstrate an understanding of diversity among people and in particular in a specific workforce, an appreciation of the role and positive impact of such diversity, and how best to manage a diverse workforce in South Africa.
In particular, on completion of the learner is able to:

Outcome 1: Demonstrate why managing diversity is important in the South African workplace
